As the world changes, so too must our response
to the profound commandment of charity.”

(“Tzedakah in a Global Community,” Jeffrey D. Sachs)

Spokane’s annual Jewish film festival enhances the cultural life of both the local Jewish community and the Inland Northwest as a whole. However, it’s much more than just a cultural event: Festival proceeds directly support the human services work of Spokane Area Jewish Family Services. More than two and a half years into the COVID-19 pandemic, JFS continues to serve a diverse clientele of seniors, low-income individuals and families, and people with disabilities. And we do it all thanks to the generosity of community members like you.
